«NA-sorbent Base» reagent kit is designed for isolation of nucleic acids (DNA and RNA) from samples of human biological material (mucous membrane secretions of the urogenital tract and nasopharynx, prostate secretion, urine, blood serum or plasma, wound secretions, liquor, synovial fluid, exudate; lavage water; washes, swabs and scrapings from organ and tissue membranes) for subsequent analysis of the obtained NA samples by PCR-diagnostic methods (including real-time PCR and RT-PCR) for the purpose of diagnostics of hereditary features of human organism, pathologies or infectious diseases involving analysis of NA sequence.

The Reagent Kit HPV GENOTYPE-4 is intended for the simultaneous detection, identification and quantitation of DNA of oncogenic types Human papillomavirus (16, 18, 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 56, 58, 59) in nucleic acid samples (NA) isolated from clinical samples (mucous membrane secretions of the urogenital tract).
The analytical sensitivity of the reagent kit is 1000 or more genome equivalents/ml of oncogenic HPV types in a processed (DNA extraction) sample.
The linearity range of the reagent kit is 2 x 10^7 to 2 x 10^3 genome-equivalents/ml for oncogenic HPV types.
The E6/E7 genes are used as target genes for HPV DNA detection and the human b-globin gene for internal control.

POLYVIR SARS-CoV-2 Base
Reagent Kit POLYVIR SARS-CoV-2 is intended for qualitative detection of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) RNA by real-time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (real-time RT-PCR) in nucleic acid samples, isolated from clinical samples (nose, nasopharyngeal and oropharyngeal swabs, bronchoalveolar lavage, (endo)tracheal, nasopharyngeal aspirate, sputum, lung biopsy or autopsy material, whole blood, serum, urine) taken from individuals with clinical symptoms of respiratory disease with suspected COVID-19 infection, as well as from individuals who do not have respiratory disease signs and are not in contact with COVID-2019 patients.
The "Base" version contains reagents intended for performing of a real-time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (real-time RT-PCR).
